SHIPPING/RETURNS POLICIES

PROCESS AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING:

  • Payment is received.

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email.

  • The processing period will begin on the NEXT business day. Processing time for custom wig orders is 10-15 business days excluding weekends and holidays. The processing period for Ready to Ship Units is 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Premade Non-customized  units are 5 business days. The processing period for Accessories and Hot tools  is 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise. (During major sales please note that the processing period for custom units increases to 7-21 business days, B.Y.O.B Units increases to 7-14 business days.)

  • After the processing period, your shipping label will be created.

  •  You will receive an order fulfillment email with a tracking number.

 

SHIPPING: Shipping occurs after the processing period has been completed. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note the shipping time frame is separate from the processing period.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds or exchanges will not be issued. Hair extensions nor custom units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. 

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s).

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

  • All packages come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system every time there is a change regarding your shipment.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local Post office.
