Please be Mindful of shipment delays due to COVID. Unfortunately I am not Responsible for any shipment delays. Once your Package is in the possession of the Post Office I have no control over the Exact date you will receive it!

 Q: What is the difference between a custom wig and a premade wig?

A:Custom wigs are specifically made for each customer. Custom wigs are made with custom measurements just for you and only you. It is not a one size fits all wig. Premade wigs comes as S,M, or L based on the sizing chart on the website.. They will fit most customers.

Q: When Will I Receive My Customized Unit?

A:Custom units have a turn around time of 7-14 business days after payments have been processed. Once your wig is complete shipping can take about 2-3 business days ( unless there is some type of shipment delay).

 Q: How Does The Buy Now Pay Later Work?

A: Checking Out With Zip(Quadpay), Klarna and Shop Pay gives you the freedom to Buy Now and Pay Later with all Purchases over the amount of $50. You will be required to pay 25% of the order total up-front (also called your "first installment"). The remaining amount is paid every two weeks until the three remaining installments are paid.There will be No interest, no up-front or hidden fees charged.

Q: When will I Receive My Order?

A: Processing time for all orders is 3-5 Business days. Once the payment is verified you will receive your order within 3-7 Business Days. 

Q: I am local, can I pick up my order?

A: Yes you can , just select pick up at check out.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will not be issued. Once your order has been placed you have 24 hours to cancel for a refund. Once 24 hours have passed you will not be able to cancel your order. 

Q: My package is lost what happens now

  • Once the order is out of our hands and in the carrier's custody, Desired Collections is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All Packages come with a Tracking number. Please track your package every day up until the expected arrival times that are displayed to ensure it’s received.  

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.com

  • Inaccurate addresses may be returned to us. Please double check your information when checking out. Should your order be sent back, additional shipping expenses will need to be paid by you for your item to be shipped back out. Should your item be shipped back to us and refuse to pay additional shipping, you will only be issued a refund minus shipping costs for your order.
